setup Officejet Pro 9010 to receive digital fax to email address

Hello, I'm trying to set up incoming digital/wireless fax on my Officejet 9010 AllinOne. I've got the outgoing wireless fax set up perfectly. I can't find the instructions on how to set up for incoming digital faxes to my email. I'd sincerely appreciate input from anyone on how to accomplish this. Plus, how can I add multiple + separate documents into the outgoing digital fax? Currently, I'm not able to locate any settings that will allow me to add individual documents one at a time. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Firstly, let's clear the fax log

• 1. From the printer control panel display, touch Fax .
• 2. Touch Setup , and then touch Tools.
• 3. Touch Clear Fax Logs/Memory.

To send a fax using group phone book

• 1. Load your original print-side down on the scanner glass or print-side up in the document feeder.
• 2. From the printer control panel display, touch Fax .
• 3. Touch Send Now.
• 4. Touch ( Phone Book ), and then touch Local Phone Book .
• 5. Touch and select ( Group ) to switch to the group phone book.
• 6. Touch the name of the group that you want to send.
• 7. Touch Send . Printer sends the document to all the numbers in the selected group. TIP: If the recipient reports issues with the quality of the fax, try changing the resolution or contrast of your fax.
