Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have always used HP smart from the HP app to scan. Suddenly today, a Windows Security dialog box opens and is asking for a username and password. The message is "Server 192.168.0.2 is asking for your username and password. The server reports that it is from Tivo DVR." I have no idea what this is about. Any help appreciated.

HP Recommended

Downloaded drivers and software from HP. The download created a new scanner program and icon on my desktop. It all seems to be working now.
