Product: HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N9120 fn2 Document Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a scanner where the paper lifter won't lift the paper, originally it was getting a paper jam error "31.13.02 ADF Jam Error", went ahead and replaced the rollers.  Upon further investigation it looks like the lifter attempts to lift, but fails with the previous error message.  I'm not sure if it's getting stuck when trying to lift or if there is another sensor to clean up?  Is there a way to remove the part that lifts and clean that?  I can't see any physical obstructions on the actual lifter part.

 

Edit: forgot to leave scanner model.   HP ScanJet Flow N9120 fn2.
