i think it has to do with with maybe the old and new software?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 
  • Are you able to make copies on the printer?
  • How is the printer connected to your computer?
  • Can you print from your computer to the printer?
