My printer has been fine until this morning when I received the above code.I have unplugged and switched back on but problem hasnt gone away.....whats nect?

As I understand, you're getting an error message "There is a problem with the printhead"

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made?

 

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue: Click here (Although the topic of this document is different from your issue, we could still try these steps to resolve the issue😞

Step 1: Remove the cartridges and printhead

Step 2: Clean the printhead

Step 3: Reinstall the printhead and cartridges

Step 4: Reset the printer

Hi, thanks for the advice but nothing worked.Looked at the option of buying new printhead but after seeing how much a new printer cost, bought a new 7510 on Amazon for about £15 more than the cost of a printhead and got a 3 year warranty. Also next day delivery
