Receiving this message after opening a scanned document using Acrobat - only happens on multiple page documents.  Since network scanning doesn't work anymore we are forced to use the printer web interface for scans - only since scanning this way have we been receiving this error.

There is definitely some up with Acrobat because a different PDF viewer and all the web browsers open the document fine but there is also clearly something wrong with how the scanner is scanning these docs because it's only since we've been scanning using the web interface.  I've seen others have the issue and nothing has worked.

Uninstall/reinstall, Cleaner,  Protected mode, Opening as admin nothing has worked...

We also have a brand new M283fdw that network scanning doesn't work on either and we are forced to use the absolutely terrible HP smart app that doesn't even support 2-sided printing but that's another issue.

Thanks for the reply - Not sure my customer is going to want to spend money for support since this printer is a bit older.  Also seems weird this issue only occurs when scanning from the web interface.  Frustrating that the scan to network doesn't work anymore.  Even on the other brand new printer.

Thank you for posting back.

Are you able to scan different documents such as PDF, Email or Word?
