My printer stopped copying from the glass and feeder, but the print from computer and scanner still work fine.  Everything comes out blank when I try to copy. The scanner is moving back and forth and the light works.

Hi,

As you are able to scan, I would rather suspect a print related issue as any scanner fault will prevent scanning too.

 

Do you try scanning Black and White or Color? do you print Black and white or color?

 

Try printing a Printer Status Report by tapping Setup > Reports > Printer Status Report.

Can you see both Black, Yellow, Magenta and Cyan on the printed report?

Thank you for your help. It turned out to be a faulty black cartridge which got plugged.
