Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 7640 feeds the pages through using the HP Smart program but the saved scan is blank, using Windows 10. I have tried to update firmware but even with Windows Defender disabled, the program only identifies my printer. I cannot move past that point. What is the solution?
