Hi @airflyer00

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing printer power issues.

  1. Make sure the printer is plugged into a functioning wall outlet supplying the proper voltage (110V or 220V).
  2. If you are using a surge protector, extension cable, or power strip, plug the printer directly into the wall outlet.
  3. Press the power button to turn on the printer.
  4. If the issue persists, unplug the printer and wait 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, plug the printer back in and press the power button.
  6. If the issue persists, try a different power cord (if available).

let me know if that fixes the issue.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

t appears that the issue was at the receiving end not from the sender (me) Possibly the fax was off. The fax eventually went through. I was concerned that it possibly was on my end because it has happened with a couple other fax messages too.

Thank you for the help.
