Same here, but the weird thing is. It doesn't work on my laptop but it works fine on other laptops.

 

Did all the stuff written above, but nothing works.... So, please let me know what it could be

After a lot of time troubleshooting this error, I fixed it by installing the latest Windows Updates. This should do the trick.
