We have recently switched our phone line from an old copper landline to VOIP, and our HP OfficeJet Pro X476dn no longer sends or recieves faxes. A fax test from the device menu provided a readout stating that:  'An active phone line was not detected.'

 

Does anyone know any way the HO can be configured to recognize the VOIP line? (It's an Ooma Telo, btw.) Many thanks in advance for your help, cheers!
