Hi Team,
I at trying to configure LDAP server for E-mail lookup but when I test it shows me "Test has been completed completely but it doesnt return an email"
Attached are the results I get.

Hi Shlomi,
I dont mean an email sent. All I wanted was the test to be successful just like what the document you recommended says.
To verify the LDAP retrieval is set up correctly, enter at least three characters of a network contact name in the Test box, and then click the Test button. If the test is successful, a list of possible matches is displayed.
So In my case I dont get any possible match.

Hi,
What email would you expect?
Setting an LDAP connection should allow the printer accessing your network address book for scan to email purposes only.
any email send should be done while configuring a Default SMTP Configuration not while setting an LDAP access.
