Power failure error when sending fax

I am having an issue sending faxes. I can receive faxes just fine. I cannot send faxes to specific numbers. When I try to send the fax to these specific numbers, I will get a call from the recipient saying that they only received the first page of the fax, then my printer's screen with flash bright blue with the B808DA6C message. 

It is important to note that two numbers in particular, I used to be able to send faxes to, and now those specific numbers get the B808DA6C errors. 

I have already tried unplugging the printer, doing a hard reset, and holding the power button down to completely reset the printer for more than 1-2 minutes.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues sending fax.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
