Printer/Scanner is connected to Server computer,  On Server it prints and scans, on network computer is only prints.  Drivers and software have been uninstalled and reinstalled.

@Nicoletti

Hello,

In order to set up the Scan to Network Folder feature, please expand the section Set up the Scan to Network Folder feature in Windows, then Method two: Set up the Scan to Network Folder feature via the HP Embedded Web Server (Windows) at the following HP link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03953940.

If method two does not allow you to do this, please use method one.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,:Wink:
