I'm struggling to find the documentation that demonstrates how to do duplex scanning on the M281cdw laser printer. I've found posts that say that software is the only to do it, but they didn't link to the software to download.
Can someone provide a link to the software and documentation for usage on both windows and macOS.

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
We can use HP Easy Scan application to scan both sides of the page. Here is how to do it:
1.) Download and install HP Easy Scan from here. Open HP Easy Scan.
2.) Click Presets and select Edit Settings.
3.) Click Source and select Document Feeder. Check the box Scan both sides of pages.

4.) Click Done.
5.) Click Scan.
Let me know how it goes!
