scan to computer not working

after latest windows update scan to computer is not working looks to be a driver problem

 

i removed hp software run HPEasyStart setup installed HP Smart app now can scan  and print but hp printer still not showing up

under network on desktop it does show up under wifi connections.

found  this out malwarebytes has a conflict causing the problem

from malwarebytes forum

Web Protection component is somehow interfering with the scanner's communication, possibly on a driver level and if that is the case it means we can't exclude it as driver's cannot be excluded from Web Protection.

 

this looks to be the problem here also hp repair tool shows a driver communication error when Web Protection is enabled, when disabled shows no error and scanner works.
