Product # - E4W43A (E4W43-64001) Serial # - [Personal Information Removed]ENVY 7640 my printer works from both (wireless) laptop and desktop computers but when trying to scan to an email we now get a message stating The printer could not connect to Web Services. Worked fine a few days ago. Please help. Thanks!

I am having the same problem scanning no longer works and I can't get any help. I work from home and this is a problem.  All I get is HP is working on their website.

I understand. There is an issue with the HP Web services and we are trying to fix it. You will have to wait for it to be resolved.

You may try again after couple of hours.
