Purchased display ENVY Desktop PC Model 750-417c at Sam's no software, no manual, no nothing except power cord. How do I download/install software with no operating system installed. I am computer literate but no IT nerd can use all the help you can provide.
Many thanks, Ted

Hi,
Did you buy it as a secondhand machine ? The following link shows its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05293797
It should have Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit) pre-installed and many other software.
We need more information to be able to help.
Updated:
Ok, it IS a second hand machine but they SHOULD keep the OS. Anyway, please use the following instructtions to install Windows 10 first (hope they did not wipe out everything)
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
During the installation process skip the step to enter Windows key, it will ask you to connect to the internet using default and run few updates. After that, post back any missing bits.
Regards.

I recently purchased a new Hp Envy Desktop PC that was on display at Sam's Club. It only came with a power cord, NO SOFTWARE, NO MANUALS, NO CABLES. I connected it to my monitor but it would not boot up. Is there a procedure to follow to boot up a computer without it's software???
