Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

HI,

I am using HP VUGEN 9.5 for vugen scripting using oracle retail price management application for performance testing. i am using  oracle NCA proctol for scripting. after i created the script and played back, i am getting the Error: 6/Form Session <201> Aborted: Unable to communicate with runtime process in the run time viewer. my internet connection is LAN

 

Requset you to please suggest for fixing this issue as i have already fixing this issue by increasing the ssl connection, also tried increasing the step download timeout 999 sec but none prevails
