Hi
I connect to my client PC through RGS via vpn to work on UG cad. I frequently notice red screen alert ( network warning) that my connection is poor. The latency between my PC and RGS sender is 240ms. I have a 10 Mbps line and the bandwidth consumed never exceeds 2 Mbps. . It used to work well before but recently it is getting worse . When I checked with my ISP, they say the line is fine and infact i can see consistent latency of 240 ms. (Ping). How do I troubleshoot and fix this issue.

Like many things, having more "points" between A and B adds risk. A VPN is like that.

However, are you running with RGS with HP Velocity? If so, turn HPV off. It doesn't like VPNs. 🙂
