Hi.
I'm having an issue where when I connect to another machine via HP Remote. The window goes full screen without any scroll bars and doesn't allow me to move it.
At first it was the same issue as this thread:
I was unable to uncheck the "Match Receiver display resolution" option.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the receiver application but still no luck.
Finally I changed this registry setting:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hewlett-Packard\Remote Graphics\Receiver
Set Rgreceiver.IsMatchReceiverResolutionOverrideEnabled to 1
Then i was able to uncheck the option.
However, when I establish a connection, the display window still goes full screen and I can't move or resize the window. And there are no scroll bars inside the window either.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

It's possible that RGS is erroneously detecting that your device is a tablet device because it has touch.
Try enabling "Force RGS to use the desktop user interface..." in the RGS Receiver Configuration application to see if it fixes the problem.
