My sprocket app is not working. When I open it, it goes to the first screen and then says Servor Error. I’ve tried all I can think of, I don’t know how to fix it. I also tried on another device and the same thing happened. How can I fix this?

Contact Sprocket Support
Scroll down to bottom of web page > Under Support > Click / Select Contact Us
