Sprocket

I have a sprocket. It connected fine to my iPhone 8. I got a new iPhone 11 and now it won’t connect to the Bluetooth. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but now I can’t get past the initial setup page where it tries to connect to the phone. I can not figure it out.
When I go into the phone Bluetooth settings, it either doesn’t show up as an option, or, when it occasionally does, says it couldn’t connect and to make sure the sprocket is turned on. Which it is.  Help!

I have the same issue!

I figured it out. The sprocket can only connect to one phone at a time. I made my old phone “forget this device” and then it worked on my new phone with no problem. 👍🏻
