Recently saving the photos leaves a large white border around each photo instead of having no white space between. This didn’t happen the first month of using the app and I haven’t changed anything about how I use it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi @plue17,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding sprocket!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Check App Settings:

Open the HP Sprocket app and navigate to Settings.

Look for any options related to borders or margins and disable them if they're enabled.

Update the App:

Make sure your HP Sprocket app is updated to the latest version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Clear App Cache (Android Only):

Go to Settings > Apps > HP Sprocket > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.

Restart the app and try saving the collage again.

Reinstall the App:

Uninstall the HP Sprocket app and then reinstall it. This can help reset any settings causing the issue.

Check Image Export Settings:

When saving the collage, look for options to adjust margins or spacing before exporting.

If the white border still won't budge, Let me know for more help!
