Product: P00924-B21

I bought 200 units of P00924-B21 and all turn out to be counterfeit or not original HP. I want to complaint about the supplier, If anyone can help me out that how to make a complaint against such suppliers.

The only reference I can find to HP having this part for sale is at the HPE (HP Enterprise) PartSurfer.

 

Reminder:  HP Enterprise is a separate company from our HP, Inc

IF you purchased the parts directly from HP Enterprise

Contact HP Enterprise.

Possible contact options are included at the bottom of the webpage link provided for the HPE PartSurfer results (above).

 

If you purchased the parts from anyone that is Not-HP,

Contact the vendor or your local authorities that regulate online merchants sales in your region.
