Sprocket Z3Z91A
My sprocket couldn’t print any pictures. I’ve checked that I’ve placed the print paper correctly with the blue card facing down. It is also connected to the app and is fully charged. Once I click on a photo and hit print, it makes the sound of printing but it stops a bit later and no photo comes out. Please help me.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you need help with printing photos,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Which app are you using with the HP Sprocket?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

Use the HP sprocket app to take and print photos, or print photos saved on your mobile device or social media account. The printer uses the HP sprocket app to pair to your mobile device over a Bluetooth connection. If you have not yet set up the printer, go to Setting up the printer.

With the HP sprocket app, use the camera on your mobile device to take a photo to print.

  1. Load HP Sprocket Photo Paper.

  2. On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app.

  3. From the home screen, tap the Camera icon , and then follow the on-screen prompts to allow the app to access your camera and photos.

  4. Take a photo.

    The print preview screen displays.

  5. Tap Edit to adjust the photo appearance, add text or stickers, or apply filters.

  6. Tap the Checkmark icon  to save any changes, and then tap the Print icon .

A Sending to sprocket printer message displays, and the photo prints.

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)

Keep me posted,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
