Do i have to load the orange Zink Smartsheet into the bottom of the printer for every print i make through the HP Sproket Plus?

No,

You should keep the Print Quality Card (formerly the Smartsheet) till the paper package ends however and use it everytime the print quality becomes unacceptable to clean paper path rollers and improve the print quality

.

With any pack of HP ZINK photo a Print Quality Card (formerly the Smartsheet) is included, that specific card needs to be kept and used when needed.

 

As a reference see 'Step 3: Clean the Sprocket paper path rollers' below:
