Expired Product

I have the Sprocket Photo Printer (not the Plus) and cannot get it to print my photos. It connects to my iPhone 11, but does not print. 
The website says that the product and the warranty has expired. Am I supposed to just throw my printer and it’s accessories in the trash? 
How can I keep using it?

Is your iPhone detecting the Sprocket?

Hello, I have done everything on the trouble shooting page with no success. My iPhone connects to the printer.

Have you updated the Sprocket Firmware and done the Reset?

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
