4.  Tap Manage Printers, make sure your Sprocket is selected, and then tap Printer Settings.

 

My Sprocket doesn't show up but it is connected to BlueTooth.  It's older and when I press "sprocket not listed? You might have one of our earlier printers" I see a screen that says "select an accessory" but nothing below to select.

Kindly perform a rest on the sprocket as mentioned in step 4 in this document and then try to connect it.

 

If the issue persists, contact the HP Support team for further assistance with this issue as mentioned in my previous post as the sprocket is not detected.

I had the same problem before. Then, I tried factory resetting the device, it worked. It was connected to my phone after the factory reset.
