HP Sprocket 200 Printer

I used to be able to adjust and move images in rheumatology HP sprocket app however I wanted before printing the final image. I can no longer do this and have no idea why. The product I own has not changed at all and it is seriously annoying me as jt is stopping me from moving images on the page and changing the orientation  of an image to only print the part I want. It is also cropping every single image I try to print incorrectly and I hate it. I've tried finding a solution and I keep finding g the same specific reply over and over and it is making me extremely angry. Is there any way to fix this? If not then I'll no longer be purchasing any HP products and will be immediately switching to another product that provides a better service as this issue with images no longer being able to be resized and moved prior to printing is making me extremely angry (especially since this used to be a thing you could do).
