Product: HP Sprocket Plus Printer

This is crazy. I purchased this over a year ago. Finally decided to open it to take with me on vacation. Set it up, printed one picture and then nothing..... light keeps blinking alternating red/green. I've tried to reset, still continues to do the same thing. Because I've had the item over a year, obviously returning is not an option. Feels like HP stole money from me. As I am reading the reviews seems like this printer is scam. There are way too many complaints for them not to have addressed this issue. I read the post that said send web inquiry but his steps led me now where..... I am so frustrated and disappointed. Shame on you HP. This is disgusting. Next time create a Go Fund Me, it'll be less shameful!!!!!!
