HP Sprocket

My photos are always printed with a green hue.

- My photos are original/unedited

- Reveal is turned off

- I recalibrated the printer with the smartsheet

- I updated the firmware

- I use HP sprocket zink paper

All my photos have a green tint to them. However, sometimes, the edits I add from the HP sprocket app print out accurately. For example, my photo would be printed with a green hue, but the pink text I added from the app would print out pink.

This is frustrating as my warranty ended and my printer doesn't print out color-accurate photos.

@coldpotato, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
