Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding  HP Sprocket Studio Plus!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To connect your HP Sprocket Studio Plus to your iPhone 14 via Bluetooth, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled:

    • On your iPhone, go to Settings -> Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
  2. Power on the Printer:

    • Press and hold the Power Button on your HP Sprocket Studio Plus until the Status LED Indicator Light turns on.
  3. Open the HP Sprocket App:

    • Launch the HP Sprocket app on your iPhone. If you haven't installed it yet, download it from the App Store.
  4. Connect Your Printer:

    • In the app, navigate to the "Manage Printers" option from the Main menu.
    • Tap "Add new printer" and select your HP Sprocket from the list of available devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
  5. Restart Devices:

    • If the connection still fails, try restarting both the iPhone and the HP Sprocket Studio Plus printer.
  6. Check for Updates:

    • Ensure your HP Sprocket app and printer firmware are updated to the latest versions.
  7. Reset the Printer:

    • If all else fails, perform a hardware reset on your HP Sprocket Studio Plus. Remove the Paper Cover, locate the reset button near the Paper Tray, and press it until the printer turns off. Then restart the printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
