Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

The HP Sprocket app isn't working. It opens, but has no functionality. It crashes, closes, and freezes the phone. The error pop-up says 'Sprocket App keeps closing'.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and repaired with the printer. Same problems continue.
