Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

HP Sprocket blinking red and green. I need it to work. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Have already tried reset and nothing.

Please answer asap. Many users with same issue.

The support for HP Sprocket products is changing, see the post here.  Most likely you will need a battery replacement.
