HP Sprocket select paper feed error

I was trying to use my sprocket select to print some pictures but every time I try it says there is a paper feed error, I’ve removed all paper that was in it previously, even though it wasn’t damaged in any way and put another load of paper in, the orange sheet came out fine but after it came up with the same paper feed error message. I also have tried pushing the first piece of paper into the slot/position and it goes through the printer but nothing is printed on it. Can anyone help?
