I just unboxed my new HP sprocket 200 and I loaded the paper the way it was instructed and when I went to turn on the printer a red light flashed. I plugged it in assuming it needed to charge but no charging light has come on. I tried a different outlet as well as a different charger and nothing has worked.I used a pin to try and reset it using the small circle button on the inside and that did not have any result on the problem. I have left it trying to charge for an hour now but it still has not been able to turn on.
