I'm on my 2nd printer. The first one did the same thing this one is doing. It prints the pictures faded or with a red tint. The printer was brand new and I was told to call support. I did that and they told me to return it for a new one. Well guess what, the new one does the same thing the same day I got it. I was giving some time to see if HP would release a firmware update but they haven't and it's still the same issue. I'm going to return this again since the only thing I can find in the forums is to do the same thing that EVERYONE has tried. Obviously there is a problem with the PRINTER when you have HUNDREDS of people haveing the same issue. HP FIX THE ISSUE

I just got my sprocket 2 in 1 on Monday January 29th and mine does the same thing 😥
