Hi @Anita550,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check App Settings:
- Ensure that the 'Full Size' or borderless printing option is enabled in the HP Sprocket app.
- Open the HP Sprocket app, go to the settings, and check if there are any options related to print formatting, borders, or scaling.
Update the App:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Sprocket app installed on your mobile device. Sometimes, recent updates include fixes for known issues.
Resize and Edit Photos:
- Before printing, use the app's editing tools to manually resize or edit your photo to fit the printing dimensions. This might help in avoiding the automatic sizing issues.
Print Queue and Tiled Printing:
- Access the Print Queue from the Main Menu in the sprocket app and manage your prints. You can also try using the Tile Printing feature to see if it resolves the size issue.
Reinstall the App:
- Uninstall the HP Sprocket app from your device and then reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve software glitches.
Reset the Sprocket Printer:
- Reset your HP Sprocket printer by locating the reset pin-hole, usually near the charging port. Insert a straight pin to press the reset button until the printer turns off. Restart the printer and try printing again.
Firmware Update:
- Confirm that your HP Sprocket printer is fully updated with the latest firmware. Firmware updates can sometimes affect print behavior and quality.
- Make sure your printer is charged to at least 50% before attempting a firmware update.
I hope this helps.
