HP Recommended

 I just purchased a hp sprocket studio plus. It is connected to the internet and it does print pictures. I can't get the app to update the firmware. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned the printer and my phone off several times. I don't see a reset button. What else can be done before I send it back?
