I have un iphone SE and the sprocket app does not work.

I downloaded the app, but at the first screen, when i touch the screen, the app closes immediatly.

Choose your Sprocket:

Matching products for United States (4)

• HP Sprocket 2-in-1
• HP Sprocket 200 Printer series
• HP Sprocket Photo Printer
• HP Sprocket Plus Printer

Open the website support page for your Sprocket

Select category Troubleshooting

Open and read the relevant document(s).

For example: 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

and

Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print

and / or

Open the website support page for your Sprocket

Select category User Guides > open the User Guide for your sprocket.

Read through the guide and look for information, including any Troubleshooting tips.
