Product: Example: HP Sprocket Zlink

I got my sprocket and I was able to print 1 photo then the LED light turned orange, I tried charging it for a hours but I can’t turn it off, I’ve tried to reset it and there’s I reset button/pin Insert

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
