I’ve reset it, twice. And there’s no firmware upgrade. When I put a brand new blue card in however, it works for one print and then stops but i’ve ran out of blue cards.

I would suggest removing the paper and checking if it is curled up at the edges. If the paper is curled it may not feed properly in the printer and give the error you are seeing.  If the paper is curled then gently curl the paper in the opposite direction to allow the paper to lie flat.

Hi @Lilia6,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an out-of-paper issue with your printer. I would love to help you in resolving the issue. However, I would need some more information.

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID
  • What application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you checked the printer specifications if the paper type you are trying to print is supported by the printer?
  • Does the copy work fine with multiple pages?
  • What is the current version on your iOS device?
  • Could you please elaborate on the issue?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The exact name is “HP sprocket photo printer”. I’m printing from the app HP Sprocket. I am using the recommended “HP 2 x 3" paper photo paper”. I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean by the fourth bullet point, but if a brand new, unused blue card is inserted, one singular photo will print. If I try a second print, the paper jam message pops up and nothing prints. If you mean my iOS version then i’m on iOS 15.5 which is the latest version available. I have only 6 photos left out of about 80 that have printed so this issue has come out of nowhere at the very end. Thank you very much for the prompt response.

Thank you, I just tried that. I’m not sure if it’s because of that or because I just didn’t use it for multiple weeks but it’s working now so thank you so much for your help.
