Product: Sprocket Printer 2in 1

A really small piece fell off of the inside of the paper cover.   The cover Still closes but there’s an error message when I try to print.  Can I order a replacement cover?

It certainly sounds like a hardware issue with the printer.

 

As the parts on this printer are not customer accessible so there are no parts available for this printer. You will need to contact HP phone support for service options.
