HP Recommended

I was having the issue with some of my images being cropped when printer and saw there were no answers here.  Finally figured it out with the help of Canon (I know this is HP). The image has to be the same dimensions as the paper, 2"x3".  I used the Gimp(any graphics software will do) to create a blank image of 40x60 cm, then orient and scale the image I want to print to fit in that blank image and then save it and send it to the Sprocket. Hope this helps someone.
