Operating System: iOS

I just purchased a Sprocket 200 printer. I have loaded the paper with the blue card as directed and the printer is at 76% battery and all my pictures are printing VERY dark. Nothing at all like the advertisements I have seen for this product. 

my pictures are bright and print on other printers as they appear on my iPhone screen. 

how can this be corrected?  I’ve already tried all the steps in other threads.
