Product: Sprocket Photo Printer

I cannot print because I am receiving an error message that it is put of paper even though it is not out of paper and it is loaded properly.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the false paper out message on your Sprocket printer.

 

If the steps there do not resolve the issue I would suggest the following: remove the paper from the printer and set it on a flat surface.  Check if the paper is curled at the edges.  If it is then carefully roll the paper in the opposite direction to flatten it.
