I just bought hp sprocket luna 200 printer. Charged it, installed it. Printing my first photo, super excited. The photo is pink/purple toned!? **bleep**?
I’ve tried reset the printer, I’ve restarted my phone, restarted the printer. I’ve runned the blue paper through the printer twice.
I’m so frustrated, is this a joke!? I’ve wasted SIX photo papers on nothing. I want to throw this **bleep **bleep** out my window. And the links people are linking to follow to fix the problem in this support communtity is broken/doesn’t excist.
I have also tried to register my product but the serial number is not correct. Are you serious HP??

How do I fix this, and how can I get money back/new photo papers for the ones I have wasted after trying the things you (HP people) said was going to fix the problem?
