Hi,
Can you please try the following steps:
1.Update to latest app release.
2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app.

Thanks for replying. Just let you know. I have tried my iPad and it worked fine. Now I confirm this problem is from the latest iPhone iOS 13 updates. You can temporarily use other systems if you have. HP engineers please help fix. Thanks
