Hi,
I have 7 months left on my Manufacturer warranty. Could you please advise how I go about returning my HP Sprocket Photo Printer to HP in the UK for a replacement?
The quality of the prints is now unacceptable, and the product not fit for purpose, despite following steps outlined on the forums to other users to fix the same problem. Seems I'm not alone.
I even purchased several new packs of paper and tried them too 😞
Seems the magic inside is gone after only approx. 40 prints and 5 months.
Please advise.
Kind regards,
Phil

I have no idea whether the standard warranty on the product includes an extended return policy.
Contact HP Support in the UK and ask for options and help.

Thanks for the reply.
Having followed your instructions, I'm a little disappointed to see that I can't call or even chat to anyone right now
